I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, thanks to our cleaner Taha. However, the service was very bad, especially the room service being rude and several items not functioning well. The location, though, was fantastic for local shopping and nightlife. The dining experience was great with varied food options. I appreciated the stunning and well-maintained facilities.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were so clean and of the same standard, making our vacation amazing, but some areas were filthy with hair and clumps of dust gathered in every corner. The service was too friendly, especially from Guest Relations, but there were instances of ignorance and arguments until the intervention of the customer relation team. The location was tidy and very beautiful, fantastic for local shopping and nightlife, although very big. However, the dining experience was the worst, particularly in the beach hut, and the facilities were lacking in some aspects.

My stay at the hotel had its highlights and drawbacks. The room condition was a bit of a mixed bag with some engineering issues like a crushed bathroom door, cut curtains, and unwelcome hair and ants. However, the TV and flooding were excellent. The service, especially from the recreation team led by Mr Abdelrazek Mohamed, was outstanding and made my time enjoyable despite some delays in cleaning. The location was nice overall, but the windy beach limited the enjoyment. The dining experience offered a variety of meals, including fresh fruit and grilled vegetables, but some dishes were not as tasty. The facilities were adequate, though some improvements could be made.
